I am 15 and considering taking up a sport in order to get into shape. I have never been ona sports team before and jsut want to get into shape in

order to feel better.
I am thin, 5ft, arnoud 95lbs, flat chested, few curves. I am very weak when it comes to throwing
a ball and weight lifting....lately I have been considering trying long distance running and wanted some feedback
as to whether this is a good option and are there any other sports I would be mroe suited for?

Running is good start out slow.... however this sport takes lots of endurance if your actually going to be on a team!
I swim i've been swimming for 9 years (competatively and i love it)
Swimming is alot easier on your body and it's fairly easy and it gets you in shape really fast.... you are less likely to have enjuries later on! Hope that helps!
